 Special K - low fat milk
 uuuuh - 2 lots of this
 not 'lite' - will look for 'lite'



 with a smear of butter blend

mushroom, vegetables and noodles - small bowl
plus 30 calorie crumble on top
1 hour at the gym
30 minute walk
Plenty of water, a Pepsi Max and green tea.
